Beyond the Bell (BTB) programs provide a safe, fun, and positive environment for children. We provide open communication between the staff, parents, and schools to ensure that each child’s needs are met on a daily basis.
Staff will be positive role models who will help each child benefit and grow through social interaction. We believe children have positive attitudes when they are in a positive environment. This is achieved through games, activities, crafts, and opportunities to socialize.

Current Families Enrollment Tuesday, April 2 9:00 am to Wednesday, April 3 at 11:59 pm. Current families are children enrolled in the current school year program on April 2.

Summer Enrollment
2024 Summer Enrollment will begin on Monday, March 4 at 9:00 am.
2024 Summer Beyond the Bell programs will be at the following schools: Maple Grove, Radiant, Sugar Creek, Walnut Hills, Waukee Elementary, and Woodland Hills.
Summer program will run from June 3* – August 14, 2024. (Start date could be later if make-up days are added at the end of the school year.)
